Meeting summary - What are we going to film?
In the meeting summary we have been discussing the content of the film and what the film should be consider. We decided who is stronger at what and made them the leader that role. For example sarah was in charge of editing since she was best at this role and took leadership in this role. This meeting decided what we would decide in the film and put people in the video. we decided to have a hairdressing idea in the video so thats what our video was based on . So we got lots of ideas from our video and started putting them in action such as story boarding and scripting.
Meeting Summary - Where are we going to film?In this film we were discussing on where the location of the filming would be as we had any ideas on the location. We had many ideas and researched and saw if they would be apropriate in filming and some of them were. So we did a Risk Assessment on them and they were all approved in the idea. We finally decided to the Technology room as it was the best idea for this which was successful.
Shaunice
Sarah - It was pointed out by Sarah that we don’t have it in a power to go film in an actual hairdressers. So we decided that after we talked a bit about the product we would re-create a hairdressers. However we would do it in the same location so that the viewer finds it amusing and intentionally unrealistic, as we are only demonstrating the scenario. There is no need to try and do it else where as the point will be shown in the demonstration.
Shaunice - Having now decided what we were shooting, we all decided to feature in it at some point even though none of us are good actors. We also including a girl called Nipuni who was to help with the demonstration of what was supposedly a hairdressers. Many ideas were shared as to locations that would be suitable and available. As it was researched in AO1 so we knew what locations we had to choose from.
Sarah - It was announced by Sarah but decided by all that we would film in the tech room as it was the drawers natural habitat and it made our lives simpler. If we had to move the drawers it would cause all kinds of issues and it did its job fine where it was, so it wasn't an issue having to have it moved anyway.
Ruhee - Our biggest persuasion towards the tech room was its functionality and availability but it also had the sort of lighting and character we wanted. We also decided that Sarah would go and get permission as the person we needed to ask was my form tutor, so it wasn't as awkward as asking someone you don’t know.
Shaunice - Shaunice then stated if we get permission, we would start filming next week. We made no plans for future meetings but we all understood they may be a need for another one in the future if problems arise. The meeting again wrapped up in around half an hour and we got back to our other work

Decisions on product
- Step 1 - After all the planning we had constructed that their would be some information with the video and that it would then change to a hairdresser as the setting. The date of this was at the 22nd Febuary 2012
- Step 2 - Sarah my team member would talking at the start with myself filming her and Shaunice my team member on sound. Later on Scenario Sarah will be filming while me and Shaunice are acting. The date of this was at 22nd February.
- Step 3 - The target well will set for ourselves is to complete our AO1 and Ao2 of planning of Scheduale, roles delegated, estimated time and costs and everything else that is in planning for an advert. The date of this was 23rd February.
- Step 4 - We have decided to do a contingency plan for AO1 because that was important if we ever to need a back up plan we would have one just in case there was bad weather, missing equipment or if the location was occupied. The date of this was 2nd of March
- Step 5 - Also the legal and ethical had to be considered since it was a low budget production on location, there wouldn't be any real issue. But we would look into them just in case anything happens The date of this was at the 2nd of March.
